Go to "Reports" > "Discounts & cancellations" and pick dates.

Review#
See totals, the split by staff, the biggest discounts and every cancelled bill with its reason. Click "CSV" to download.
Tip: Staff names come from who settled or cancelled the bill. Older bills show "Not recorded".
