Turn on the table timer
Show a live stopwatch on every occupied table.

Open settings#
On Tables click "Table settings".

Enable#
Tick "Enable table timer".

Set charging#
Choose "Charge mode": "Always add (food + time charge)" or "Only if food bill is below time charge". Set "Rate per hour", "Billing unit" (1, 15, 30 or 60 min) and "Grace minutes".

Save#
Click "Save settings". Occupied tables now show the elapsed time.
Tip: Example: ₹200/hr with a 15 min unit charges ₹50 for every started 15 minutes after grace.
