   Open reports#

   Go to "Loyalty" → "Reports" and pick dates. See members, "Repeat customers", "Points outstanding" (what unused points are worth) and "Loyalty discount".

   Member history#

   In "Members" open a customer to see every point earned, used, expired or adjusted. Managers can "Adjust" with a reason.

   Share a balance link#

   Click "Balance link" to copy a page where the guest checks points without logging in. "New link" stops the old one working.
