Send a KOT to the kitchen

Send new items to the kitchen display and printer.

Same "Send KOT" button on the app POS.

   Add items#

   Build the order on POS.

   Send#

   Click "Send KOT". You will see "KOT Sent!" and the ticket appears on the Kitchen screen.

   Add more later#

   New items added to the same bill go out on the next KOT.
