Sales and profit reports

Net sales, profit, payments and item performance for any dates, compared with the period before.

Pick dates#
Go to "Reports" > "Overview". Tap "Today", "Yesterday", "This week", "This month", "Last month", or pick from/to dates (up to 92 days).

Read the cards#
"Net sales (excl. tax)", "Bills", "Average bill" and "Total collected". Owners and managers also see "Gross profit", "Food cost", "Expenses" and "Net profit". The arrow shows the change against the same number of days before.

Check the sum#
"How the money adds up" goes from item sales, minus discounts, plus charges, to net sales, then adds GST to reach total collected.

Break it down#
See sales by hour (one day) or by day, "Payments", "Order type", "Categories", and the highest and lowest profit items.

Items#
Open the "Items" tab for every item or category with qty, net sales, cost and profit. Click a column to sort, "CSV" to download.

Tip: A bill counts on the day it was paid. Bills from before this update use the time they were opened.

Tip: GST is not profit: net sales and profit are always before tax. Split bills count under each payment method.

Tip: Items marked "no cost set" count as ₹0 cost. Set a cost price or recipe on Menu.

Tip: Staff with the Reports permission see sales but not cost or profit.
