Use points on a bill
Let guests pay part of a bill with points.

Find the guest#
On the POS bill enter the mobile and click "Lookup" to see points and tier.

Redeem#
Under "Redeem points" type the points (the line below shows the most allowed) and click "Redeem". The discount shows on the bill.

OTP (if turned on)#
If your loyalty settings ask for an OTP, click "Send OTP", type the 6-digit code from the guest's SMS, then click "Redeem". "Resend" sends a new code (up to 3 per bill).

Change your mind#
Click "Undo" next to "pts used" before payment to give the points back.

On the Android app#
Tap "+ Customer (loyalty)" under the cart, enter the mobile and tap "Look up". Type the points (and the OTP if asked), tap "Redeem", then "Done". The guest earns points when you take payment.
Tip: Redeeming needs internet. Offline bills still earn points once they sync.
Tip: If a bill is cancelled, used points go back to the guest.
Tip: Turn on the OTP in "Loyalty" → "Settings" → "Customer OTP before using points": always, or only above a number of points. Each OTP SMS uses message credit.
