Log spoiled, expired or dropped stock so reports stay honest.

Needs a plan with Inventory. Staff need the Inventory permission.

   Open Wastage#

   Go to "Inventory" → "Wastage" and pick a reason: Expired, Spoiled, Dropped / spilled, Staff meal or Other.

   Add items#

   Add each item and quantity, add a note if needed, then "Record wastage".
