Tell us about a bug and track the reply.

Android & iOS

In the app open the side menu → Report a problem / My reports.

   Send#

   Click "Report" at the bottom of the sidebar. Choose a "Category", describe "What happened?" and click "Send report".

   Track#

   Open "My reports" to see the status and replies from BillingBaba or your restaurant.
