   Location check#

   In Staff → "Settings" under "Clock-in location" pick "Flag clock-ins outside the area" or "Block clock-ins outside the area". Stand in the shop, click "Use this device's location", set the radius and "Save". Offline clock-ins are only flagged.

   Flags#

   The "History" table shows "Checks" such as offline, outside the shop, no location, or a very long shift.

   Fix a row#

   Click "Fix" on a row, enter the right times and a reason. The change is kept in the row history and the audit log.

   App#

   In the mobile app open the menu → "Attendance & shift" to clock in/out, switch staff with a PIN, or start and close a shift.
