Fix printing problems

What to do when a bill or KOT did not print.

   Check the chip#

   On POS a chip shows "Print Agent not reachable" or "… prints failed".

   Retry#

   Open "Prints that need attention" and use "Retry now", "Send to…" another printer, or "Discard".

   Restart the agent#

   Make sure printagent.exe is running on the counter PC, then click "Check again" in Settings → Printer.
