   Open#

   Go to "Online Orders". Filter by "new", "active", "delivered", "rejected" or channel.

   Accept or reject#

   Click "Accept", or "Reject" and enter a reason. Rejecting a Pay Online order refunds the guest automatically.

   Move it along#

   Click the next step: "Mark as Preparing" → "Mark as Ready" → "Mark as On the way" → "Mark as Delivered". Pickup and dine-in skip "On the way".

4. 4

   Confirm UPI#

   If the customer reported a UPI payment, check your UPI app and click "Confirm UPI received".
