Prep items and branch transfers
Make gravies or dough in-house and move stock between outlets.

Set up a prep item#
Edit a stock item, tick "Made in-house", set how much one batch makes and add its ingredients.

Record a batch#
In "Prep & transfers", pick the item and the quantity made, then "Save prep". Ingredients go down and the prep item goes up at their cost.

Send to a branch#
Pick the outlet and items, then "Send stock". The other outlet clicks "Receive"; you can "Cancel" until then.
Caution: Transfers need the same owner on both outlets, and the item unit must match at both.
