   Go to "Expenses" → "Profit & loss" and choose the dates (up to one year).

   Read it#

   Each month shows sales without tax, food cost, running costs, supplies, salaries and net profit.

   Fix missing costs#

   If it warns about items with no cost, set a "Cost price" or a recipe on those menu items.
