Set up loyalty points

Reward repeat guests by phone number.

Set the rules#
Go to "Loyalty" → "Settings". Set "Points per ₹100 spent (before tax)", "₹ value of 1 point", "Minimum bill to use points (₹)", "Most of a bill payable with points (%)" and "Points expire after (days, 0 = never)".

Add tiers#
Under "Tiers" click "Add tier" and give a name, the 12-month spend it starts from and a points multiplier (1.5 = 50% more points). Customers move up and down on their own.

Birthday rewards#
Fill "Birthday bonus points" and "Anniversary bonus points", then "Save loyalty settings". Points land on the day if the member has a birthday or anniversary saved.

Add members#
In "Members" click "Add member", enter the mobile, name and dates, and tick the messages the customer agreed to. Paid bills with a mobile also add the customer.

Tip: Branches share one set of rules and points, changed from the head office outlet.

Tip: Points are added by the server when a bill is paid and taken back if it is cancelled.
