Send SMS and WhatsApp offers
Points messages and campaigns paid from message credit.

Add credit#
Go to "Loyalty" → "Message credit", enter an amount (₹100 to ₹50,000) and click "Pay". Each message uses credit at the price shown.

Turn on messages#
In "Settings" tick the "Automatic messages" you want: points earned, points used, points expiring in 7 days, birthday and anniversary bonus.

Create a campaign#
In "Campaigns" fill "New campaign": name, SMS or WhatsApp, message, offer and who gets it. Click "Count customers" to see how many and the cost, then "Send".

Schedule#
Fill "Send at" to send later. "Cancel" stops a scheduled campaign.
Tip: Only customers who agreed to offers and to that channel get campaigns. A STOP reply blocks all messages to that number.
Tip: Failed messages, and messages the network reports as not delivered, are refunded to your credit.
Tip: Credit is charged with GST on top. The GST invoice is in "Billing".
Tip: "Not available yet" means BillingBaba is still setting up that channel. Nothing is sent or charged until it is ready.
