   Add stock items#

   Go to "Inventory" → "Stock" → "Add item". Set "Name", "Stock unit" (kg, ltr, pcs), "Min stock", "Opening stock" and "Cost per unit".

   Purchase units#

   Under "Purchase units" add how you buy it, e.g. 1 Bag = 25 kg. Purchases and counts can then be entered in bags.

   Link dishes#

   Click the link icon ("Link dishes") on a row, tick the dishes that use it and the amount per serving. Each bill then deducts it.

   Adjust#

   Click "Adjust", enter the change (+ or −) and a reason, then "Save adjustment". The history icon shows every change with who made it.

   Watch alerts#

   "Running low" and "Out of stock" banners appear at the top.
