   Category rate#

   Edit a category and pick "GST rate": "Restaurant rate", "5%", "18%" or "No GST (e.g. liquor)".

   Item override#

   In the item form choose "GST rate" — "Same as category" or a specific rate.

   Inclusive prices#

   Tick "Price includes GST" if the menu price already includes tax.
